  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or repair.
